Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Report: (Week 11)

Welcome to the fantasy football weekly waiver wire update. Each week we will highlight the players you should target each week on the waiver wire as the season progresses. Executing proper claims each week can be vital to the success of your team and we will attempt to help you identify these moves each and every Tuesday of the regular season.

Four teams are on the bye for Week 11, and options are thin at best. This is a good time to either save your waiver acquisition budget for another week, or start planning ahead for streaming possibilities for the coming weeks. Let's look at some of the top options available heading into Week 11.

Bye Weeks: Colts, Jets, 49ers, Panthers

Blake Bortles (JAX): @ CLE/@ ARI/vs. IND

Bortles continues to be inconsistent at the quarterback position, but he does draw a very friendly fantasy schedule to close out the season. He can be a multi-week streamer as things don't get too tough until Week 14 against the Seahawks.

Running Backs

Danny Woodhead (BAL): @ GB/vs. HOU/vs. DET

Take a look at your waiver wire and see if Woodhead is still out there, as he seems to be nearing a return (actually eligible this week). Once healthy, he should take over most of Javorius Allen's touches, and he obviously holds good value in PPR formats.

Jamaal Williams (GB): vs. BAL/@ PIT/vs. TB

Aaron Jones is expected to be out 3 to 6 weeks with a knee injury, and Ty Montgomery is also dealing with a re-injury of his ribs. This opens the door for Williams, who stands to benefit from a healthy workload. The schedule isn't favorable, but the volume helps to offset some of those concerns if you're in a bind.

Samaje Perine (WAS): @ NO/vs. NYG/@ DAL

With Rob Kelley on the shelf, Perine stands to see an increase in touches moving forward. While the presence of Chris Thompson obviously is a concern, I still think there's merit in snatching up the rookie from Oklahoma.

Wide Receivers

Corey Davis (TEN): @ PIT/@ IND/vs. HOU

Davis continues to round into form, and while his overall production lacked last week, he did see 10 targets and almost scored a touchdown. This isn't the best matchup in Week 11, but some favorable ones await after that as we head into the fantasy playoffs.

Dede Westbrook (JAX): @ CLE/@ ARI/vs. IND

It sounds like Allen Hurns is going to miss Week 11, but it also appears that Westbrook will be ready to roll after being on injured reserve. This provides some speed for the Jaguars' offense, and Westbrook should be good for 5 or 6 targets with Hurns out.

Tight Ends

Charles Clay (BUF): @ LAC/@ KC/vs. NE

The Bills were steamrolled by the Saints in Week 10, and Clay certainly had a miserable day as well. He did have 18 catches and two scores over his first four games of the season, and the Bills do have a solid schedule to end the year, so the upside is clearly there.
